"Excellent and Awesome Services. I contracted with Five Star for the 2025 Men's Final Four here in SA, TX this past weekend. We had 4 very close Friends from out of town stay with us for this event. Five Star provided Excellent service for our group taking us to the events and bringing us back home with on-time pickups +/- 15 minutes, which SA traffic can cause at any time, especially during a major event like the Final Four. The Drivers were Awesome, very friendly and professional, providing us with information about our routes to and from events and answering all of our questions. They communicated with me in a timely manner when needed, even in the face of one client that was extremely rude and out of control just prior to our scheduled pickup. Our Friends were impressed and extremely satisfied with their services. Contracting with Five Star meant that we had guaranteed up-front pricing, dates/times, cars and drivers for the requested dates/times for our contract. This was reassuring, as you don't get that when calling a taxi and/or using Uber/Lift. Those platforms often have inflated prices during big events, long wait times, and no-availability, as my Friends and I have experienced this at other Final Fours. "My driver was on time very professional. This is a reliable company. I was stranded in Uvaled Texas didn't know anyone there and needed help getting to San Antonio airport. They drove two hours to come and get me to take me a hour and thirty minutes out to the airport. I'm so grateful for their service. Safe , trustworthy company I give them ten stars if I could.
