"It seems like it's better to speak with a LIVE person when you need to reserve a cab. I was using the automated system, and I would get these automated/AI calls before I could even end my call. It resulted in "wires getting crossed" and ALL KINDS OF CONFUSION!! Then, somehow, my trip was cancelled. So the dispatcher had to enter my trip, again. The dispatcher was talking about AI "stuff", and then seemed to be bothered that I was upset. She offered to give me the cab driver's number, only to be told that they aren't allowed to do that. So, now I'm sitting here, waiting for a cab, don't know the estimated wait time. Uber and Lyft are SO much better and reliable. Oh, and I don't want to hear about it being the wrong phone number. I know damn good and well that this is Yellow Cab, so save that excuse for somebody else."

"Ordered a cab for wheelchair cab a week in advance. The night before the date they called me asking if I could be picked up 1 hour later. I said no. 10 mins after they were supposed to pick us up they said they were working on it. We had to reschedule the dr appointment. Later they explained out of their massive fleet they only have ONE wheelchair accessible van."

"I called for a taxi at one of the gas stations and the dispatcher told me it was on its way. I waited for 20 minutes, then called again to ask if it was coming— I was told to be patient because it was on its way. After an hour of waiting, no taxi ever showed up. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting service—I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."
