"This was my first time flying into and out of this airport…it was a pleasant experience overall. I appreciate that it was hassle free to drop off my rental car. The rental car shuttle guy was courteous and kind! The TSA check in was fast. It was nice to have access to healthy food options. The bathrooms are clean and it is nice that they have free items for women "

"Flew into this airport from Memphis and was quite surprised at how nice it was. We deboarded quickly after landing, the airport was crowded but it was spacious and easy to navigate through. There were plenty of restaurants and even some shopping areas available to passengers arriving or departing. The baggage claim was not too far from my arrival gate and the baggage was loaded rather quickly onto the belts. The signage could be a little better but other than that, very nice airport and it was a pleasure using it."

"You would figure when a plane is sitting at the gate for 3+ hours, someone would figure out said plane would have an engine issue. Nope, not Southwest, they completely board the plane, back it up, and then figure it out. Meanwhile, we completely unload the plane, scramble everyone for new flights and now I'm seven hours late. Never again..."
