Suddenly my fiance can’t take a cab to me and I pay cash upon arrival like it used to be. Left her on the road across town from our home. Had the rudest customer service I have ever seen. Honestly they should just shut down and start again. In a few decades."

"You never want to wish a business to completely fail but when a business lies, cheats, and steals, they deserve to. This can company purposely takes the longest way possible, milking almost 20% more than what would cost on the most efficient route and double what Uber costs. They’re frauds. Do not get this taxi if you can avoid it."

"After just being released from the ER my driver said she couldnt take a debit card. Since I only had $20 with me my ride was canceled. I was left standing on Morgan where I had to walk almost 6 miles to the Staples St bus station on my still extremely swollen knee."
