Express Cab

"Express Cab, I asked if I have the option on picking my driver. Which I did.. I feel safe knowing I can call and make my arrangement with her. The drive is always safe and comfortable. The Service to the Airport or out if town can be arranged and she never cancels out, it's like being put on a calender. You feel like you are #1. My driver is always a joy to see, and she makes my day. Thank you for your service."

"The other 1-star review was pretty much my experience exactly. I called at 7:27 am and scheduled to be picked up from my dorm at 11:30 am. My bus left at 12:30 and they knew that. It takes 20 minutes to get there. I waited outside with my heavy backpack for 45 minutes, had to call them multiple times asking where my ride was and finally the driver got to campus. When she called me she said she was by the engineering building which is on the complete opposite side of the island. I can't believe she works for a cab service in Corpus and had no idea where the dorms were at Corpus Christi's only university. So it took at least five more minutes of me explaining how to get to where I was before she finally arrived and we left at around 12:20. I missed my bus. She took me back and I assumed my ride would be free but she said she could only give me a 20% discount. She was extremely unprofessional, didn't really apologize and when I first got in the car she said "Where am I going?" which infuriated me. I ended up being charged like $36 plus a $1 fee for using a card. I'm not completely sure because I still haven't received a receipt even though I requested to be e-mailed one. They really shouldn't have charged me at all AND they should have paid for my bus ticket but of course they didn't. Overall HORRIBLE experience and I will never use again and I suggest you don't either."

"Highly recommend! I've used them a lot and their drivers are always punctual and polite! It's a huge relief to be able to schedule a pickup and just know that they will be there when you need them! One time I was even late to work and they worked to get me there as soon as possible."
