City Taxi

"They suck as a Taxi service when really needed as they didn't answer their phone for the early morning my family & I were supposed to get a ride to the airport. We used their services last summer to and from the airport, but this time around, never heard back from them w/ NO CALL BACK! Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!"

"The driver picked me up at the hospital to transport me to the urgent care facility. The driver did not speak English at all. Driver turned the meter off once I got in the taxi. Upon arrival at my destination which was only 3-4 miles from initial pick up point I was advised by the driver the charge Was &15. Vey high got the distance. I gave the driver my credit card he said something in Spanish and then called someone to run my card. Nowhere on the vehicle was any posting about a 20% surcharge for using a credit card. Am going to file complaint with the proper authorities. Needless to say I will never use them again and will discourage anyone else about using them. Nothing but a rip off outfit. No meter and no advisement about a 20% surcharge for using credit card"

"The trip to our hotel was pleasant. We were promised if we used them back to the airport we'd be given a 10%discount. Looked like they gave us to another taxi company. No meter, no discount and she, the driver was on her phone while driving. We also had to barter our rate which was over what we should of paid. Will not use again."
