"This company is a SCAM to work for. I drove for 3 days and made $55 all of which went into my tank. Any voucher rides for medical trips the driver does not ever get a penny of. BEWARE!!!! Most or all their vehicles are old and tired. 200k miles or more easily."

"Truly unbelievable! I scheduled a ride for my dad to be picked up so he could go out to eat with his family for the first in a long time. He’s in a wheelchair and needs a wheelchair accessible vehicle. They say they can accommodate so I scheduled 2 days out and 15mins before they were supposed to be here they call and say they are having trouble finding a driver!?!? Can’t believe they would wait until they are supposed to be here to say something. This totally screwed up all our plans and we have family waiting on us. Safe yourself the trouble and find another company. You can’t run a business like this."

"Z Trip says they offer wheelchair accessible vans for power chairs, but if this is something you need, don't book with them. I scheduled a ride two days in advance. I was told they could not guarantee the exact arrival time. I assumed this meant they could be running a few minutes late. However, what they should have told me was that THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE THE RIDE AT ALL! They did not have a driver available causing me to miss an important appointment. If they had made this clear to me this at the time of booking, I would not have scheduled a ride with them. Very uncool Z Trip. Life is hard enough in a wheelchair. They really deserve zero stars."
