"The driver let out at the wrong address. It's not entirely his fault, I should have been aware of the location. I've been with Yellow Cab for years, so this mishap won't change my opinion of them. 😁🥰"

"I called 3 times to request a ride. Driver never showed up to the right area all three times. This is the WORST taxi service that I've ever dealt with. Now I have to wait and go out in the nasty rainy and cold weather tomorrow just to get what I need. Y'all suck Yellow cab!!!"

"Yellow cab is not reliable at all. They have been 2+ hours late to pick up a disabled person they left stranded alone, more than once, in the dark and even in the rain. I have made multiple phone calls and no one has returned my calls. When I did actually speak to a dispatcher I was told no cabs were available even though these trips were scheduled hours before hand. I was basically told that there is no guarantee you will get a cab even with prearranged service requests. I would give zero stars if it would allow me to do so."
