"I recently used Pronto Rides for my arrival in Austin after a long-haul international flight with my wife and 3-year-old child. When I made the reservation, I clearly noted three key requirements: - We would be traveling with a toddler and needed a car seat. - We would be carrying several large suitcases. - I scheduled the pickup one hour after our arrival to allow time for diaper changes, baby care, and managing all the luggage. Since this was our first time arriving in Austin, I was willing to pay a premium for a smooth, stress-free experience — something I expected based on the many positive Google reviews. The driver was excellent — professional, patient, and helpful. Unfortunately, the dispatcher was the complete opposite. Shortly after we landed, they called and began scolding me for not being at the pickup point right away, completely disregarding the one-hour buffer I had deliberately scheduled. Yes, it took time for us to deplane (we were seated in the back row), attend to our baby, and handle multiple heavy bags — all while my wife focused on our child. I explained all of this to the dispatcher, but they showed no empathy and continued speaking rudely and impatiently. To clarify one more point: I had planned for my sister to join us in the ride and mentioned this in the passenger count (4 people). I didn’t include her flight details in the booking because her flight was originally scheduled to arrive well before ours. However, due to an unexpected delay, she landed after us. In the end, she didn’t ride with us — but by that time, I was being pressured to board the vehicle immediately because I was already labeled “late.” Overall, I was very disappointed. While the driver’s service met expectations, the dispatcher’s attitude turned what should have been a smooth arrival into a frustrating and stressful experience. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism, patience, and understanding — not to be rushed and spoken to with such hostility after a long journey with a young child."

The drive to the airport, early on a Saturday morning, was as smooth as can be and we arrived earlier than I was planning - leaving me time to grab something to eat."
