"Lyft did not show up to pick me up in time so I jumped in the cab that saw I was waiting... 15 minute drive to the airport $45.70 Uber and Lyft were for $20 to $24 at the same time... Unfortunately my Lyft driver called me speaking in Spanish and was lost... I would have never taken this cab had I known it was almost $50. The city bus cost $1.25 to take you to the airport. Please don't take these cabs if you have any other option. It is a ripoff. There was no price meter from where I was and then he pulls up an iPad to my horror. What a scam... Normally you show a meter while you're driving so that you can see where you're at financially, but there was no such thing... Totally sketch"

"Don’t use them. Decided to try out a taxi instead of Uber because we had a lot of luggage and a minivan was already lined up. No traffic, but most expensive ride from airport we’ve ever had in 10+ years in our home. $10 more than the Uber XL estimate, $20 more than a regular Uber. It was an old vehicle, meter not clearly visible. I figured taxis would be regulated but I wouldn’t trust this company."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. I took this company believing it would be cheaper than an uber. They charged ME to take the toll road from the airport, then hit me up with $ 125.00 fare from Austin Bergstrom to Leander. Horrible way to do business. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!"
