"Your driver of bus 6624 decided they were going to block me in when they went in for a little snack at the rutters in Manchester on 4/18/25 at 1:44 pm. I had to sit and wait for the person next to me to come out so I could get out without hitting it. Common sense was not used at all. If you're gonna block people in a packed parking lot, maybe you should swing around to the other, larger gas stations on that road for your lunch?"

"Some of the rudest bus drivers I've ever met seem to be right here in York Pa! I relocated from New York to here, and I swear I've never met such a group of miserable bus drivers in my life.. I'm not saying all of them, but I will say there are quite a few that should truly work for the DOC instead of the Transit System! Bus 3N Time 10:06 Traveling to Loucks Rd from the Transit Station. This woman is straight up RUDE!"

"I have been riding the Paratransit bus on & off, for over 10 years now, and I appreciate my Paratransit driver's as well as the fixed route bus driver's. They are all trying to do the best job that they can possibly do, along with customer service and the dispatch team. Thank you all for your service"
