Yellow Cab

"They're awful. Repeatedly assured me they were on the way or were close, only for them to not show up at all. Which is fine—I have no problem giving my $ to a service that actually works, but why bother getting into the taxi business if you don't intend to give people rides? Seems kind of counter-productive. Perhaps their drivers aren't very good. Who knows what the problem is? The dispatcher-woman was polite and kind, which is all they have going for them. She should be working elsewhere. If you have somewhere to go and REALLY don't want to get there in a timely manner/at all (like a trial you're almost certainly going to lose) I would highly recommend Yellow Cab. Otherwise, find another service."

"I have used there service 3 times . I have been charged three different fees for the same ride . The driver's asked how to get where I am going . If your not from here DON'T use them . First ride was reasonable then it increased $10 for the same ride"

"The operator sent the cab to the wrong address, and it took 3 phone calls and 55 mins for her to figure this out. Cab picked me up after a little over an hour of waiting in the midday sun. After all of that, I missed my appointment because I got there too late. This is after leaving work an hour before the appointment's start time to be sure I wouldn't miss it. I am now at risk of going without medication without which I cannot function. I will never use this cab company again."
