"They were good at one time . I call for a cab today march 4 2025 and they told me they would not have a driver for two hours, don’t know what going on . It not the dispatch fault, IT THE OWNER NEED TO GET MORE DRIVERS. SCRANTON NEED BETTER CAB ASAP . AND BUS SERVICE IS NEEDED ON SUNDAYS , THE UNIONS NEEDS TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. This what we get when democrats are running Pennsylvania 🧻🚽. THE WORST CAB COMPANY IN SCRANTON THEY SHOULD BE OPEN RIGHT NOW AND NOBODY ANSWERING THE PHONE , THIS CAB SERVE NEED TO BE REPORTED ASAP."

"Very rude. You call and ask for a cab and the lady that answers stays quiet. You ask her if the cab driver can please have change since they never do not even for a $20 bill and she just hangs up on you. Customer service needs improvement"
