"Watched the completely able bodied driver park in the clearly marked handicapped spot of the restaurant to come in and use the bathroom. There were so many other spaces available for him to park in. He chose to park there instead. No placard, no handicapped plate. Do better. That’s disgusting."

"Called yesterday to schedule a trip for a wheelchair van. Had 2 reservations for today. Pickup at 1:30 pm and return trip at 3:30. Had a very important appointment. Ztrip called at 1:15 stating they didn't have a driver. It took 3 of us to get my mother in my vehicle. Had to use another vehicle to transport her wheelchair. I received calls every 15 minutes from ztrip stating they were looking for driver (during our appointment) We got help from a man to get mom back in the car to get her home. We were home at 4:00 and were still getting calls that they were looking for a driver. I cancelled the trip and got 2 more calls stating they were looking for a driver at 4:40. I was told 24 hours notice would guarantee our booking. How can you be in business if you can get away with this type of service? Never again will I use this service."

"While my experience with the driver and ride were fine, I've called customer service three times requesting assistance getting a copy of my receipt as it is a work expense. No-one answers the customer service line and none of my three messages were returned over the past week and a half. I imagine if anything was lost on a ride, their lost & found would ignore customers as well. Uber is amazing in terms of response, receipts and returning lost items. Choose Uber... zTrip couldn't care less about their customers. In my last message I said I would post negative reviews if I didn't hear back from them. 2 days later this is the first of many reviews I will be posting."
