"Would rate 0 stars if I could as I got no service. Booked an early morning ride to the airport. Price was too good to be true because it was. No phone call 15 minutes before pickup and no car came at scheduled pick up time. Tried twice, calls went to a full voicemail box (which is never a good sign). Listen to the other bad reviews saying the same thing. I didn’t and I missed a flight for it."

"I tried using them twice for very early morning pick ups to the airport. They didn’t show up either time. No-one answered the phone. I couldn’t reach the driver according to the dispatchers instructions when I booked. I almost missed my flight twice. Will never use them again and certainly wouldn’t trust them for any ride not in daylight hours."

"Called and scheduled a pickup from Burgettstown to downtown Pittsburgh. I was relying on them because I knew I couldn't get an Uber from Burgettstown. They quoted me price, we set a time, all seemed fine. Wad told to expect a call 15 minutes before pickup. Nobody called, nobody came, and office phone # just went straight to voicemail. They left me stranded and having to find a way back to town with no Uber or Lyft drivers or other taxis willing to take the gig at 5pm on a weekday. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Not trustworthy! Beware!"
