"So I have been taking there services for about 3 weeks I recently stoped using their services because I found out they are racist and they change price every other day it's supposed to be 12 dollars a mile instead they charge 17 /18 and on top of that they make you wait for hrs instead of saying hey I don't have anything available they are rude and they don't pay attention to the road they claim they don't English but Everytime you talk they turn around look at you while they supposed to be driving 4 days ago was last straw I didn't get picked up untill a1 and 15 mins after I made the call if you work hard for your money and care how you spend your money trust you dont wanna spend your money ppl who dont deserve it"

"What a shame I gotta write this but I need to let ppl know what happened to me & my mom the last 3 times we were in need of their service. All 3 times I called for a taxi I was told "ok we will send out a taxi as soon as possible." When 30 mins went by & I called back to ask if the cab was near I was told " oh no there aren't any cars in your area right now. No sorry just a dial tone on the other end! If I never called me & my mom would of been sitting outside in the cold all that time with NO TAXI EVEN COMING!! so remember that happened 3 times with in 1 month. NO GOOD! 🤬😡🚕"

"Just stick to uber & lyft, i was told a driver would be there in 15 minutes, almost 2 hours went by before i called back for them to tell me there were no drivers in my area. Everyone who answers the phone have attitude problems. If you arent in the Kensington area i do not suggest wasting your time waiting for something that’s probably not gonna show"
