"I called to reserve an airport ride the next day and was quoted a very good estimated cost. The driver came 15 minutes early and the actual cost was even better. The driver was very nice too, so I gave him a handsome tip."

"I took a cab (Philly taxi P1429 license plate: TX 46698) from the airport to UPenn campus (the correct fare should be around 30-35 dollars). After giving my address, which is approximately UPenn campus, the driver said that the fare should be 60 dollars and then after a few minutes of driving the cab driver instead that I pay the full amount immediately. I refused to pay and told him that I'll pay when we get to the destination. I also asked him how he came up with the amount of 60 dollars and after some altercation he said that I need to get off the car(and this was in the middle of the highway) I had no other option but to call the police who showed up and I had to take an Uber."

"The dispatcher was rude to me and missed an opportunity to snipe from another taxi service in the city but instead told me that I would not be picked up at my location. Your loss."
