"Abdul with the car license plate TX51295 is a scammer. We hailed a cab and he told us the fare would be approximately $30. As soon as we started driving, he manually added a $32 fee and then $6 in extra fees without any explanation versus letting the system use a preconfigured rate based on distance of the trip. When we asked him what the explanation was behind the $6, he couldn’t give us a good answer and then drove us around before bringing us back to the airport telling us to find our explanation with another cab driver. As soon he dropped us off, he got back with his cab buddies and just laughed out loud after attempting fraud."

"Good people, good service, no brainer! Hopped in a cab at the PHL Airport to center city - flat rate, no wait and cheaper than uber. Ride was good. Best part is that I left my wallet in the car. called the dispatcher and she blasted a message. Driver called back and turned around to drop the wallet. Didn't expect more than the additional fare. Gave him a nice tip. Love running into good people!"

"Licence plate TX-51320. P0424. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this taxi service. When I got into the taxi, I was quoted one price, but upon reaching my destination, the driver arbitrarily raised the fare twice! In addition, he outright refused to accept credit card payment and insisted on cash. To make matters worse, he demanded a 20% tip and lied, claiming it was mandatory. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will never use this taxi service again."
