"My mother got a dropped off by a driver last night and left her phone in the car, called her phone to receive it back and the driver told her that he was coming back around the corner to drop it off because he knew that it was in the car and was not trying to give my mother her phone unless she gave him $5 she called the company to let them know what she went through and the female on the phone laughed as if it was an joke. What type of service are you guys running here my mother and I have been using this company for over 10 years and this is the first that we ever went through this and it may not be the last !! And I am happy that whoever view this from the company can see my info so if any one have a problem feel free to contact me because yea I’m on that !"

"2 almost 3 days ago, I left my phone in a lady driver's car by mistake ( the one who is ALWAYS driving and talking SO MUCH on her phone non stop while she is driving, not yo mention, she almost crashed into another vehicle when my family and I were with her in yhe car, but when I got out ...I realized I left my phone in her car after she drove off. I have been calling every day and night to ask the company to have her give me my phone. Everything, they make up a lie like they are working on it. And I never got it back still...smh"

"bad experience! bad customer service ! made me get out the car in the middle of my ride and didn’t want to tell me why"
