"I am a Canadian travelling to Philadelphia for work and needed a taxi to get to the hotel. The person on the phone was so unprofessional and insulting saying “your accent sucks” and then “I don’t care” and hung up on me. I really don’t recommend that crappy company to anyone. Uber came with no problem"

"We have been using the service for over a month now. The one time we call and ask to schedule a ride we were told it was to late but rides were running 5-30mins. We wanted a1:50pm pick up but was sent the 1st available at 1:28. My client is disabled and was not ready yet which was the reason for the later pick up. When I called back to inform the gentleman of that he was extremely rude. Said we we're wasting his time & to never call back. I never once raised my voice at him or was rude. If you are not equipped for customer service then find another job!!!!!!!"
