"ABSOLUTE WORST RIDE SHARE SERVICE EVER. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Left an injured patient at the hospital for an hour and a half. Uber was somehow able to make it in less than 2 minutes and was cheaper. This ride share scam runs on drug dealer time DO NOT USE THIS SCAM"

"Made arrangements with the office for pickup, driver calls minutes later, and tells me an hour later. Then, on the way to the drop, he passes the address and proceeds to take a route that added another 7 miles to get back to that address, then charges me for the entire trip, including extra miles. He then tells me he takes cash only and then is upset I'm not adding a tip. After the ride, I called the office for receipt and can't seem to get one sent. I really wouldn't use this place again or recommend them at all. Negative stars!!!"
