"Eagle Ride Taxi Cab is the most expensive taxi in town for less than perfect service. The owner provides Insufficient dispatch communication with drivers due to lack of committment and poor management on his part, resulting in failed services and dissatisfied customers. The owner only cares about money. That's it. Regardless of the quality of service. He is not always available to receive calls because he is not fully committed to serve his clientele. His drivers keep leaving him for a better company. He does not always have a driver. And he has only 1 working car, with 2 sitting at the mechanic shop for repairs that take forever. So, you can't depend on him to always be available when you call for his service. On top of that he violated our driver lease agreement by taking the car away from me and refusing to refund $75, which was the remainder of the lease I had prepaid for AFTER I let him know that I was moving on to a better taxi cab company once my lease is over. That's the only reason this review you're reading is even on here."
