"Got a timed cab I ordered 3 hours in advance, called when the cab was 15 minutes late, called dispatch and asked for an ETA. Not only was my question not answered, but she was extremely curt and rude.Cab arrived 30 minutes after it was SCHEDULED to be here. I'm only giving two start because the driver was at least nice and apologetic. Literally do not use this company unless you have no debit or credit card because Uber is an infinitely better option."

"First call, dispatcher said driver would be there in 20 minutes. My friend and I went back inside for 5 minutes because it was cold outside. I missed the call that the cab had arrived early by 10+ minutes and he just left so I had to call again. We waited an additional 35+ minutes for second cab. While we were waiting for 2nd cab, one showed up that I thought might be for us. I asked the driver if he was there to pick someone up and he stated "well ya, I wouldn't just be sitting here for no reason" very rude. I asked who the customer was he was waiting for and he said "not you" again, very rude. I asked how he knew that and he said "because the person called me directly." I said "ok well there is no reason for you to be so rude about it" and he said "I'm not being rude." Extremely disrespectful from this guy and the first driver. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the driver that finally picked us up was friendly and the car was warm and the dispatcher was apologetic. Try Uber."

"Horrible. We visited Erie for our 3 yr anniversary and called ahead for a taxi, hours in advance, to take us from our hotel to a restaurant prior to going to a show. After waiting for the cab 30 minutes after the scheduled time, I called and the dispatcher was very short and rude. She told us that we "were next on the list, and someone would be there within 15 minutes. It took the cab an additional 30 minutes to arrive. An hour late...with no apology or fare reduction and it almost caused us to miss our dinner reservations and show. Good thing Bertrand's Bistro were amazing and understanding, and saved our table and our night! Very unreliable taxi service."
