"Some not all bus drivers are rude to paying customers. I've taken pictures and numbers of bus routes to see if it continues. Everyone can have a bad day."

"My very first time at this location and it was clean and there is a place to sit down and wait for the next connections for bus lines. The restrooms are available through security assistance for the keys but appeared to have shared gender but only one person at a time for health and security purposes. Could be a bit more sanitized but it was generally clean."

"Route 107 departing from guetter&broad @ 5:34am on 5/4/17. Lady bus driver was rude to all paying customers. Because she felt that one individuals headphones were to loud.. she became irate and even threaten to stop bus. While inviting ppl to step up to her. Eyes not even on the road.. bad experience.. she took her anger out on everyone.. is that how public service is nowadays?"
