"I booked this company for my mom’s surprise party, to get her there and back. Pick up time was supposed to be 2pm and they never picked her up until close to 4 pm. She missed 2 hours of her own surprise party. I was called LAST MINUTE to tell me their driver couldn’t make it but the owner was going to do the pick up herself, so I was fine with that. But Then two hours pass and they still never picked my mother up. The owner was very nice, and the price was great, but I was never refunded any money or anything and my mom missed 2 entire hours of her 3 hour party!! I’m not sure if this happens often with them as this was my first time using them, but I’d be afraid to chance it ever again."
