"I chose this taxi service not based on the reviews here but by what appears to be excellent communication from the owner of this company. I can tell by the few negative reviews here that the owner shows humility and integrity when his company messes us. I understand mistakes can happen but the way this company handles those moments is the reason I booked my ride here. That said, my experience was completely positive. I scheduled last night for a ride to EWR airport this morning. The owner communicated quickly and kept me up to date on my ride. The price was fair and quoted in advance. The owner was also my driver today and was on time and a pleasure to ride with. This is a local business that I will continue supporting.
