"I call cabs because the transportation is so bad in Yonkers & a 15 min ride is 90 mins by bus. Well twice the guy said the cab should be here any minute. Cab never showed up. Luckily i had enough time to call an uber and still get to work on time. If you dont have a cab be honest. Dont mess up someones day by lying."

"I had had a flight set for Miami called and set up car service with this company, not only did they NOT show up, I tried to call them, no one answered the phone and couldn’t leave a message because their machine was full, how can you do this to a customer who is relying on getting to the airport"

"Terrible. Taxi never came after almost an hour. I called back and they don't pick up, when I finally get thru the guy gets an attitude and hangs up on me. Unreliable and bad customer service."
