Mexico Car Service

"I call and Im told wait 15 min, I call Mexico cab service after 15 min only to be put on hold and then told I never called🤬. I have the log on my phone that I called and wasted 15 min of my time waiting for these jerks. Me trying to save money this is what I get. The person on the phone could have fix the problem but I guess they don't want to to drive to my location."

"Bad costumer service very disrespectful last night i order a cab to go home and i told the driver to wait for me downstairs i was Going bring the two more dóllars when i went downstairs the driver left he was very unpatient. So this morning i wanted to order a cab to go home whoever who pick up the phone told me i cant get any more services just because it wasnt my fault the driver couldnt wait and wanted to blocked my number yall lucky i didnt pull up to do a scene because i’m a very loyal costumer not a thief the way yall had me on the line for too long i hope you’re manager see this. If you cant handle costumer service well please find añother Job."
