"The app says $7! This is the first time someone complains when I say the app price. He then called the base & they obviously agreed with him. He was rude, also took the longest route. Didn’t stop for stop signs, kept break checking everyone. Grandpa needs to retire. Whoever the guy at the base is, that hanged up the phone. I hope you know that everything you put out in the world come backs to you. Learn to be humane & patient. Take some anger management classes & stop hanging up the phone on customers. FIX THE APP, UPDATE IT. If its a “error” that’s on YOU as a company, YOU make it right."
