"The dispatcher never sent the car in 5 minutes like he said and when I called after waiting for 20 minutes, he answered me with an attitude like he was doing me a favor for free. And asked me if I still wanted the car that never came, only because I was waiting outside already and didn’t want to be late to my appointment and didn’t have another telephone number for another car service I said yes. But not a reliable car service company."

"I was so disappointed with their services. It really sucks because I'm not the biggest fan of Uber, so I wanted to give a local small business my money, however, it proved me wrong. I called them and asked for a price for where my MIL was going (My FIL just had surgery to remove his cancer in Sloan in the city). The woman was courteous and told me $40 total. I said great! Uber normally charges around $40 as well, so I thought it was fine. I called back and ordered the cab. What annoyed me is that my mother in law called me and told me that they charged her $50!! That isn't what the dispatcher told me. They contacted the driver and he said that she "requested for him to take the tolls", so he took the Henry Hudson to get to the city from Yonkers. #1... My MIL does not drive and does not know how to get there. She made it very clear that he asked her something and she said yes, not knowing what he meant. When I heard $40 TOTAL, that's exactly what I thought. It would be much more ethical to say "hey, just and FYI, you will be charged for the tolls and we will round it to the $10. #2.... Even if he wasn't trying to be slick and take the shorter route..... since when is the Henry Hudson $10?!?!?! I called and spoke with the dispatchers who basically said, "well he told her he was going to take the toll and she said it was okay". That is not cool and so disappointing. I do not like when people try to take advantage of others. Unfortunately, we will not be using their services again."
