Azteca Car Service

"Extremely unreliable. I usually call Azteca on my way to work sometimes for leisure activities (bars, to the mall, etc) and I have noticed that the only thing they have a knack for being consistent with is tardiness. Regardless, I still end up calling because the bills gotta get paid. However; today I called for a ride and a gentlemen answered. I told him my location and destination; he responded assuring me my cab would arrive in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I phoned Azteca again to inquire the location of my taxi. The same gentlemen answered and said “lemme check for you” and immediately hung up. I tried calling back several times and they never answered. I will not b using their services any longer and it pains me because being without a vehicle I don’t have the luxury to excommunicate any cab or taxi service however Azteca has no sense of customer service or any general respect for others. Please; rely on their services at your own risk"

"I recently Called a cab for a patient with a service dog and the poor woman was almost dragged away when the cab driver locked the car doors and took off immediately when he saw her dog. Then when I called to report him I was told that she had to wait ,on top of the 40 mins she had already waited, because he had no available cars. Disgusting."

"There was no answer, and this want the first time. Good luck. You have more of a chance hailing a cab driving by. Don’t call when you’re in a rush or I you plan on have a decent convo with the driver."
