"This station is easy to navigate. It's pretty clean, not a lot of food options and the trains are often late being held up by customs when they come from Canada. But it's more modern and always have enough seats. The bathrooms are on the opposite side of where the trains are so make sure you get here with 15 minutes to spare....which will usually give you more time."

"This train station isn't very well maintained and it's not in a very nice part of town, but the staff were super kind and helpful. They even gave me a ticket to an earlier train when I arrived at the station earlier than expected. Amtrak made for a really easy option for getting between Syracuse and Utica. The journey was very smooth, and we arrived in Utica earlier than scheduled."

"This place is very clean and is also quite safe at night. I got in alone at 3am and was completely fine. There’s a security guard on duty at all times."
