"I would rate a 0 star ....Absolutely horrible experience i had a 930 pick up time and didn't get picked up until 10:30 !!! When I called to see if a driver was in route and eta they couldn't tell me because a driver was never on the way yet.I will never use this company again after receiving a phone call for confirmation of the 930 pick up time at 830 you would think they had they shit in order they are a mess !!! As my friend was leaving Walmart a driver is sitting there doing whatever"

"I had a fantastic ride with your company. I don't remember my drivers name but he was the best. Had back surgery and he was considerate about being careful on the bumps. I would surely recommend your cab company. Thank you Marie Birkmire"

"The audacity to get a attitude when I ask for a ETA when you are sitting in your doctors office lobby 55 mins after your appointments waiting on transportation, giving your client a ETA isn't going to make your job any harder its part of the job of a dispatcher. Getting an attitude should be last on your list of things to do with clients. Don't worry I will not be booking again, this was the last straw for me."
