"Worst customer service ever! Cab was over a half hour late, called and the lady answered saying they'd be there soon. Another 15 mins goes by, call again and the automated system answers and says your cab is on the way and will be there in 25 minutes! So I call the lady back and she proceeds to tell me that " its a good thing we were only going to urgent care and not actually dying" anytime I tried to respond saying how long we were waiting she would respond "and" in the most rude ghetto way. I finally hung up deciding I wasn't going to deal with her and she began calling over and over harassing me. When I no longer engaged in her childish games she cancelled my cab! Definitely never using that company again and I will go out of my way to make sure nobody else makes the same mistake. That disrespectful lady needs to be fired!!"
