B-Nice Syracuse Airport Taxi

"Literally rescued us! Came and picked us up from a gas station in Pulaski after our rental car broke down on the highway. Got us back to Syracuse to get a new rental car. Our driver was so nice, and did not seem annoyed at all that he had to drive 30+ minutes just to get us. Hopefully I don't have the same type of need to ever call them again, but if I ever do need a taxi in the Syracuse area - I'd call them in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!"

"I called yesterday afternoon and informed the taxi driver I needed an early morning pickup to go to the Syracuse Airport I requested a 5:45am pickup time. I also requested a message or call to let me know he was on his way. At 5:45am I had not heard from him so I called to find out what happened. I had to leave a voicemail message for him. It is now 7:32am and have yet to hear from the driver!!! I had to make last minute arrangements to get a ride to the airport. I WOULD Not recommend this taxi service to anyone!! Find a more dependable taxi service than this one."

"My daughter arranged for pick up for me at Syracuse Train Station to McDonough, NY. She informed them that I would need assistance , with luggage and I used a power scooter which would require break-down to bring home. Bang contacted me prior to my train arrival time to let me know he was there. Met me and proceeded to check my luggage and loaded the car. Assisted with the breakdown of scooter and help me in. He verified where he was taking me and provided a pleasant comfortable ride. Upon arriving home, he proceeded to unload the car, get my scooter out, and helped me out of the car. He then stayed and chatted a bit with my daughter, grandson and me. Bang was very cordial conscientious and professional, incredibly helpful and wonderfully pleasant. B-Nice and Bang will be my first choice for transportation for all my future needs!!!!! I give him an Excellent, , Very High Rating!"
