"Wish I could give them 0 ! The worst car service ever don’t even try using them in any emergency! I can understand uber is a bit pricey at times but trust me they are not unreliable. They need to do better! And I see nobody on here saying anything good about. But they seem to only do even worse. Says to you they don’t care what customers say."

"Horrible service even if you book through the app, you’re waiting 30 minutes an hour. Also, can you make sure you make a habit of cleaning the vehicles and make sure that the cars are nice and clean the car should not be dirty when a customer is paying over $20 and plus for a ride. Thank you. You guys need to have more reliable service 30 to 40 minutes. Wait time is ridiculous especially when you guys are right across the street from Forest Avenue."

"They did me worst today 05/20/2025 they picked me up at 8:30am and it was a 8am pickup. Then he goes to pick someone else up to drop them off .. got dropped off at 10:30am so from 8:30 until 10:30 in a car just joy riding. Picking people up and dropping them off while I’m still waiting to get dropped off. smfh. This service really sucks. The dispatch needs to be trained. This car service sucks. 03/24/2025 Customer service left me on hold for half hour waiting for my 2pm pick up that came at 2:49pm ridiculous. How can they be so rude when they can’t even run on schedule time. Never again I’m changing my service they wanna come when they feel like it."
