"I gave them a 4 star because I been using Matamoros for 3yrs now and I never have an issue with any of the drivers or dispatcher except for the dispatcher at 1am , his attitude is horrible and I had to really tell him about himself, I’m assuming they save numbers and because I used them for 3 years and take about 5 cabs sometimes more in a day they remember me sometimes I call they give me my address and say he’s on his way , but the dispatcher at 1am won’t even answer the phone when I call and sometimes I think they might be busy so I’ll call 2 more times and this one time he answered and said “STOP CALLING I KNOW WHAT ADDRESS YOUR CALLING FOR WE HAVE NO CABS” instead of just answering and say hey we have no cabs available, I’ve had so many issues with this man to the point I’ve spoken to drivers about him and they all the say the same thing , how his attitude is nasty and it’s not just with customers. I love Matamoros but I dislike him."

"I rode with them for years and recently they started asking me to pay upfront for my cab ride. I have been in NYC since the 90s, I was never asked to do something like that, especially for such a short ride. I will no longer be riding with them."

"The driver of cab license plate T138984C drove wreck less, ran through stop signs, and almost hit a car. When spoken to about it, he shrugged his shoulders. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
