"Cars are very dirty we still have Covid in the air and I mean these cars inside are disgusting. The dispatchers need to be fired. Their customer service skills suck. Very rude and lie about the estimated time frame for them to arrive. Don’t waste your time with them if you’re trying to get to work because they will make you tardy every time."

"Called for a car at Newark airport, early morning. The pick up area was a pigsty as usual ( I always forget to go to departure area which is smoother) of course I had to wait because of traffic, but the driver was spot on. Not only that, I got two phone calls from dispatcher keeping me updated. Only sad part, I think I lost my favorite mask in the car 😢😢😢. Better than Uber"

"I normally don't post these types of reviews, but my experience with Delta was so bad I felt it was necessary. Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been forced to use them a few times in the past in assisting the elderly book Access-a-Ride appointments. They are almost always late and unfriendly on the phone; but this most recent time the gentleman who answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude. He actually yelled at me because I got disconnected and called back after he put me on hold. He then hung up on me when I (politely) told him that the car ordered never arrived (apparently they got the time wrong). I had to order a car from a different car service just to get the elderly individual to their destination."
