"On Saturday, July 19th, 2025, a Clove Lake Car service black sedan was behind my car and I heard a collision. I then saw vehicle with plate T705140C make a quick u-turn behind me to drive in the opposite direction. I immediately saved my camera footage and realized he was following my vehicle for approximately 4 minutes until I turned onto a residential street. My camera caught him throwing a water bottle at my car. I have full video footage from the start of my drive until the incident to prove I did not provoke this attack. My 6 year old daughter was in the car when this incident of road rage occurred and we’re both startled."

"I had a barbecue across the street at my house and I had a grill that folds up that can go in the back of the trunk and the cab driver hit my sister‘s arm and drove off and lied and said he cannot take us. This is a bad company. They are very rude And I will be making a police report as soon as possible. Before they can try and help they say they can’t do it. This company is very disrespectful. I had the guy’s license plate number"

"Driver with Grey Toyota Prius T808032C had me in a seat that had straight PISS on it. He claimed it was the rug and was from someone shoes, I sat there and believed him, but the smell was so potent - at the end I got up & had gotten my bag on the other seat and the seat I sat on REEKED of urine. My clothes are now covered in the smell of urine. I made a complaint & the driver started threatening me. Clove Lakes Cars was always my go to, they always had nice and respectful drivers. This was the first and last straw for me. I’ll never come back here. Thank you to the riders who actually are respectful and keep their car clean. Bernardo is the best driver & his car is ALWAYS clean. I wish I would’ve gotten him instead."
