"Excellent car service with beautiful modern Lincoln MKS, MKT, Town Cars, and mini vans. They have also recently put on brand new Ford Taurus's and a Ford Explorer. Their rates are very competitive to other places and cheaper than App based services. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. They are willing to give you any help especially to seniors. The vehicles are very well maintained that all have ice cold air conditioning. They also allow you to book airport trips in advance. The drivers are the best. They are courteous and drive very safely. The overall value makes Area Two cars the easy choice when deciding who to use for your transportation needs. Ask for Vicki, Frank, Vinny or Victor"

"This company is the worst. The dispatchers are rude. If you have an access-a-ride they say that they have are allowed to be 30 mins late. They are never on time. They are usually 30 to 60 mins late. In 7 yes never had a good experience with them. The drivers are nice."

"After waiting 20 mins, I was picked up on amboy rd and had to be to work on forest ave. I made them come to the train station so we’d be able to get on the highway right there. He picks me and co-worker up and proceeds to pass the highway. When I asked where he was going, he said to get another call. He drives about ten minutes the opposite way (Bloomingdale rd) to pick TWO MORE people up to squish in the cab with us! They took extremely long to come out because they had a wheelchair. Once picked up, they proceeded to bring drop them off pass where we just came from! I could have been 5 mins early to work, instead I was almost 30 mins late!"
