"Sat at waited for so long after calling the company 3 times with over an hour early for the appointment .then with 3 small children I asked to take my daughter to use the bathroom and he said he had a pick up so I had to put a potty training child in the car hopping she doesn’t pee. Very disappointed with the service I received. If I could give no stars I would."

"Terrible service. Made the appointment for picking up and dropping off with Medicaid. First, we had to sit outside of the school for over half an hour waiting for our driver. Then when they kind of got us, the driver is not friendly at all. Then after a very long doctors visit, I called back for the ride that was already set up with Medicaid, and the person I spoke with on the other end had no idea what I was talking about. it was clear they weren’t coming to pick us up and we had to go with other options. Terrible job."
