"I called at 6:40 a.m for a taxi I was told RIGHT AWAY 10 minutes later I received a call from the taxi company asking for my address again ? He then said the driver will be there shortly 5 minutes later I called back and asked him how did RIGHT AWAY turn into 20 minutes he put me on hold to check with the driver the next sound I heard was a dial tone😔🤦🏾‍♀️ I then called back and he transferred me to another cab company without explaining anything the cab service which I was transferred to was airway which arrived quickly and was courteous I should have called them first now I know better!"
