"Highly recommend. Called with less than 24 hour notice needing a ride to Rochester New York airport for 6 AM flight. Not only were they able to accommodate me with a reasonable pick up time at 4:30. Communication was exceptional. They confirmed everything, the taxi number the arrival time and exact location. I also received a text just prior to the cab arriving, once arrived stating where he was waiting which was exactly where they said he would be. And arrived around ten minutes early. I confirmed the license plate. Quick fast easy accurate communication. Driver was pleasant. Car was nice. Comfortable temperature easy drive. Arrived with plenty of time. Would definitely use again and highly recommend! Cost was extremely reasonable downtown Rochester to airport was $24before tip."

"uncomfortable, unprofessional, and stressful. My mother and I took a short 10 minute ride from the airport. The meter worked fine, but the driver’s card machine declined both of our cards, despite them working perfectly at the airport and earlier that day for coffee, etc. He didn’t have any other digital payment options like Venmo or PayPal. Instead of trying to calmly resolve the situation, the driver became aggressive and argumentative, repeating the same points over and over. He insisted on driving us to an ATM, and once we withdrew cash, he tried to charge us extra for the detour—even though it was caused by HIS malfunctioning payment system. Will be taking Uber next time. Cab #39"
