"I booked this taxi service for my daughter before winter break. Although the taxi was a little late, everything worked out, and there were no bad experiences. I even suggested my daughter use this service again when she returned to school. However, when she called for service at airport, she was told there were no taxi available on Sunday afternoon, which caused her some stress. It’s odd—why isn’t this information clearly listed on your website? Having that detail upfront would save customers from waste time, unnecessary confusion and panic."
