NEWROC TAXI AND LIMO LLC

"Called for a cab at 6:53 and was told a cab would be there in 10-15 minutes, I get downstairs at 7 just in case. No cab shows up no call, I call at 7:06 and the dispatcher says the driver called me 5 times, BULLSHIT!!! Then I call back since he said he’s gonna send me another cab and guess what? He doesn’t pick up the phone AT ALLso I call from A DIFFERENT number and he answers to tell me the cab isn’t coming, why not communicate that??? Then I called the OWNER at 7:18 and guess what? He does NOTHING! This company has gotten WORSE over these past few months and I’ve been calling them since they opened passing around gift cards and giving 20% off just because they were new! NEVER AGAIN YOU GUYS LOST A CUSTOMER FOR GOOD!!"
