"This morning, at approximately 8:00 a.m., while driving my children to school, this man was following too closely, putting my children and me in danger. After tailgating, he abruptly cut in front of my vehicle without signaling and then braked suddenly. This inconsiderate behavior is unacceptable and must stop; it endangered not only my safety but also the safety of others, without any apparent reason."

"Blue Bird taxi used to be good, but now they suck. I waited over 30 minutes for what was supposed to be a 5 minute wait. Each time that I called back, the dispatcher told me that the drivers were refusing the pickup in order to do street pickups. When I asked her “ doesn’t the dispatcher tell the drivers where to go, she told me they have the right to refuse and do street pickups”."

"Worst taxi service. The dispatcher has such a deep accent, and she doesn't understand English. Twice sent taxi to a street 2 miles away. We spelled our street name, and told her the cross street ( A major street ). Driver called back, and said he never heard of our street. They need to get a dispatcher who speaks fluent English, and a driver who knows the area, or at least knows how to use Waze."
