"Great company. I have referred people SEVERAL times to this company! I emphasize that because I'm extremely picky and hard to please lol.. that being said I highly recommend them. Mainly because they have cheaper AND quicker than uber/Lyft (yes I use both) almost a year now! I check them first nowadays!!"

"Customer service has gotten terrible in the last few years! Never really had any major issues with the companyup until recently!! Sad to say but there is a few dispatchers that are just down right horrible and the attitude that they display is just so nasty!! I'm speaking particularly about this one lady and several ppl have said the same thing. She's just rude for no reason at all. The wait time is horrible as well....nobody should be told 10 minutes just for the cab to arrive close to an hr after you call, nobody should be told that the driver should be arriving any minute only for the driver to not show up or to arrive 25 minutes later. Then they get an attitude if you cancel the cab after waiting a half hr or if you leave without canceling. And it's a shame that they act like nobody can speak to Brian the owner."

"Terrible dispatch was rude to customers very unprofessional the driver was rude agruing with a paying customer they need to do better , used to support them for years and they talk to they customers like trash never again will I do business with them after waiting a hour the dispatcher had the nerve to tell me I’m lucky i got a ride send to me like there ain’t other car service broadway taxi is a joke"
