"I requested a Taxi this morning at 3 AM from mercy hospital Abbott road My destination was 1.8 miles to my house Whoever answered the call said it would be $15 to go 1.8 miles I support local business in Lackawanna I have used this service multiple times in my 13 years of Living in This neighborhood this is way too much for a person trying to get home from the hospital at 3 AM in the morning I decided to wait 3 and a 1/2 hours more for the bus to charge me $1 to ride Keep in mind 1.8 miles Most of the drivers know my name an address I always tip I always am nice and thankful but this rubbed me the wrong way If the driver would have picked me app started a meeting I will be willing to paying the price plus I always tip very good Was this the normal charge I don't know if it is I wouldn't Be willing to pay that much but such a short ride"
