"The driver was very kind and expressed his concern over their tardiness in sending a car. The dispatcher routed a car to me and it never arrived...this is 20 minutes later in 25° weather. I had to call 3 times so they could have any sense of urgency. And I was still late, thanks Brooklyn!"

"Called for a cab, waited 30 minutes and they did not show up. Called dispatch and it took them almost 10 minutes to pick up, then got placed on hold for another 6. I hung up and went to Uber."

"Waited 20 minutes for a taxi that was supposed to come in 8 minutes. When called back they didn’t answer! They are only good to go to the airport cause you have to call a night before. Other than that, these people are horrible."
