"I scheduled a ride at 3:38pm for 5pm pickup on their website and even scheduling so far in advance their was no driver available to pick me up although my co worker got a ride within minutes of scheduling hers. I assumed okay maybe something happened on their end and I requested another ride in their website after cancelling the first one and wasted 20-30 minutes waiting for a driver to be found to pick me up. At that point I just got an uber even though it was more expensive."

"Thought I would give them another chance but unfortunately nothing changed. Driver was reckless and dangerous and they charged me double the payment agreed on. I will be reporting the company. "Great experience. I had an emergency for my daughter and had requested three cars within an hour. One to hospital, one from the hospital to City MD and one from City MD to home. All instances, the call receiver was courteous and professional. I received a text notifying me of average time for the driver to arrive. The app also tracked the time and included the model of the car and name of the driver. Would've taken one star off because I kept attempting to pay for the last car and it wouldn't work. Fortunately, I had enough cash to pay. The drivers were all quick and respectful. Arrived at the time the app stated. Overall, a very positive experience worth the five stars for getting my daughter to the centers quickly."
